Please consider this seriously, even though that is true, it is not really the Department of Education that is fully responsible, it is more so the local school board and administrators. If you were a school administrator, would it really matter what the DOE does or does not do, when it comes to making sure your students can read and do math? This is a much bigger problem. I have always asserted that "Human Resources" is the biggest problem in America and how the cabal has destroyed our country. With a job comes authority, funds, setting of agendas, the right to hire others down the hierarchy , and tenure. What you saw Federally is mirrored locally, everywhere, even USAID like scams.
