I got out of it that the CIA was funneling money and support and tricks to the White House, the postal service, and USAID for years. All kinds of MKUltra stuff that Gottlieb for was known for. disguise? electronic beaconry? we know they did it but this ties in all their non-CIA recipients.
the story goes that Gottlieb's cigar for Castro contained that SV40 virus. they wanted him to get rapid onset cancer. Gottlieb's money was involved in Ochsner's lab in New Orleans. Oswald was one of the runners. That's the documentation I want to see.
yes. the story also goes that Richard Helms ordered a bunch of CIA docs destroyed regarding what Gottlieb and others had done. but apparently those documents were not destroyed but housed in New Orleans.
what's interesting is there is no mention of who or where exactly developed the toxins that Gottlieb was using. What was in the cigar for Castro? Who developed it? Where was it developed? Was Oswald supposed to deliver it? Is that why he was denied access to Cuba?
