In a "roman" version of "democracy", there is a "ceasar", ultimate power?…sorta like a "king"?…except there are 3 branches for a reason…the usSC can NOT over rule the head of another branch? right?…else whats the point in 3x branches?, thats where icc/icj etc comes in when intl legals come up, diff lang, diff "rules" in diff countries…but in usa ALL 3 branches are EQUAL. right?
