I remember those too. If you moved at the wrong time you could get a nice slice on your arm. I actually saw that happen when I was in basic. It wasn't real bad, but bad enough to make you think about not moving when getting the shot.

You obviously don't understand the plan or the definition of, "free will" and how it pertains to humans and to God.
God is outside of time. He knows in advance how things will play out and which choices in life you will make before (YOU) ever make them. You still have free will, free choice, except God knows what your choices will be even before you make them.
