Those gang members were paid with funneled money from USAID and laundered through the Cayman Islands. Rent a Riot tactics. Just my gut feeling. They need to get as many as possible back to the States so they can be "dealt" with properly by those whom hired them all…especially any of the leadership that might be on those planes before they are entered into rendition by the Trump administration.
