Just had a tall guy with a dark complexion wearing a tan leather jacket casing the house. He wasn't on the phone, nor walking a dog, but was just staring at my front door as I came from the back of the house to throw out the garbage. As soon as he saw me he got startled and began walking away rather quickly. Probably was planning on placing chemicals.
