Roger Stone has written about the assassination of JFK and he asks why some documents have not been released in the latest data dump from the Deep State.

Roger Stone worked with Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan and is a good friend of President Trump. He shared that he believed that Nixon was impeached because he was going to release information on who killed JFK. He has shared this for years. He also believes that is why the Deep State went after President Trump and shared this again in 2023.

After President Trump was nearly assassinated, Stone shared that the same people who went after JFK and Nixon were behind the attempted assassination of President Trump.

An Ontario judge rejected a Hudson’s Bay restructuring agreement Saturday evening, increasing the likelihood that lenders may seek to push the company into receivership.

In a written decision issued Saturday, Ontario Superior Court judge Peter Osborne said he declined to approve the agreement because it is “neither necessary nor appropriate at this time.”

The agreement wouldn’t have just given the embattled department store an April deadline to rescue its remaining stores but would have also handed increased power over the company’s creditor protection process to the retailer’s senior secured lenders—the Bank of America, Restore Capital and Pathlight Capital.

The agreement would have imposed a weekly budget on the business Hudson’s Bay would have regularly had to report to the lenders—companies whose loans are backed by collateral, thus allowing them to seize the retailer’s assets to cover unpaid debt.

If Hudson’s Bay reached a deal for the business with a new buyer, the agreement would have also required approval from the lenders.

Osborne said he was “reluctant” to approve the agreement in part because the budget wasn’t submitted to the court or other stakeholders to review and would have granted the lenders with rights and protections “to the exclusion of other stakeholders.” Continue…

A top banker was killed in a plane crash in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, on Saturday afternoon.

Terry Dolan, 63, the Vice Chair and Chief Administration Officer of US Bancorp, was the pilot in the craft that crashed into a home yesterday, the company said on Sunday.

The single-engine aircraft plummeted from the sky in a quiet residential neighborhood of Brooklyn Park around 12:30pm.

The entire home erupted into flames, leaving billows of black smoke rising in the air, causing first responders to evacuate the area.

There were no survivors on the plane, the fire chief said at a press conference. Luckily, no one was inside the home at the time of the crash.

The plane was a Socata TBM 700, a single-engine business aircraft. It departed from Des Moines International Airport and was headed for Anoka County-Blaine Airport north of Minneapolis.

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) said preliminary information indicated only one person was on board, but it does not release the identities of those involved in crashes.

According to the bank's website, Dolan was vice chair and chief administration officer (CAO) of U.S. Bancorp - a role he assumed in 2023. He had been with the company since 1998. Continue…
