How in the hell is Sessions/Huber going to get around (or work directly through?) Ex Parte Milligan? I know the end result (civilians tried in Military Tribunals) is necessary. I don't know, however, if I like the answer.
There's got to be a way around it without endangering regular folks like you and me.
