Did you catch this, Trump is going back to his first term and all law firms involved in the multiple Hoaxs, impeachmentsand everything else, are going to be investigate. Marc Elias, and all the lawfirms are going to be taken down. And all law firms used by Bidan attackers, against Trump trying to put him in jail. There are a lot more law firms we know nothing about.totally cool and he has freaked out almost every law firm in DC, NY and elsewhereThis also intimidates anyone filing lawsuits over DOGE now. All encompassing.

I further direct the Attorney General, in consultation with any relevant senior executive official,to review conduct by attorneys or their law firms in litigation against the Federal Government over the last 8 years. If the Attorney General identifies misconduct that may warrant additional action, such as filing frivolous litigation or engaging in fraudulent practices, the Attorney General is directed to recommend to the President, through the Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy, additional steps that may be taken, including reassessment of security clearances held by the attorney, termination of any contract for which the relevant attorney or law firm has been hired to perform services, or any other appropriate actions.

Law firms and individual attorneys have a great power, and obligation, to serve the rule of law, justice, and order. The Attorney General, alongside the Counsel to the President, shall report to the President periodically on improvements by firms to capture this hopeful vision.

Dowd: We Probably Should Have Had A Recession In 2024, It Was Held Up By Massive Government Spending

So what is the Fed doing? Playing politics.

They did this during Trump’s first term in 2018 when they intentionally tightened monetary policy to the point of triggering a stock market crash (if you don’t believe me, former Vice Chair Stanley Fischer admitted this in an interview).

This is a MAJOR screwup, and it’s only a matter of time before the Fed breaks something. When this happens, the Fed will be forced to panic ease monetary conditions triggering one of the greatest wealth building opportunities in years.

The last time the Fed screwed up and was forced to change course was in 2023 when it blew up the regional banking system. What followed was an almost 1,000 point rally on the S&P 500.

Trump: Any Country Buying Venezuelan Oil Slapped With 25% Tariff

by Tyler Durden Monday, Mar 24, 2025 - 10:55 AM1/2

President Donald Trump is imposing a 25% 'Secondary' tariff on Venezuela, and a 25% tariff on "any Country that purchases Oil and/or Gas from Venezuela," payable to the United States "on any Trade they do with our Country."

The tariffs, which would go into affect April 2 should Trump implement them, would cut a major source of revenue for the Maduro government - while ratcheting up pressure on China, a major purchaser of Venezuelan crude that's already looking at 20% tariffs under Trump.

Trump cited "the fact that Venezuela has purposefully and deceitfully sent to the United States, undercover, tens of thousands of high level, and other, criminals, many of whom are murderers and people of a very violent nature," in his 25% tariff on Venezuela, and says the additional 25% tariff punishing anyone buying oil or gas will begin on April 2nd. Needless to say, the news sent oil immediately higher in Monday trade.

The move would particularly affect China, which has been a major purchaser of Venezuelan crude - and it's unclear) if China will agree to be impacted by unilateral tariffs and ii) how the US would enforce them against China.

Venezuelan crude exports had risen to a five-year high in February before the Trump administration said it was forcing Chevron to wind down its operations by April 3. Chevron had sought more time to conclude operations with Venezuela's state-owned Petroleos de Venezuela. In canceling the deal, Trump announced in a post on Truth Social that he was "reversing the concessions" of the "oil transaction agreement, dated November 26, 2022."

These were concessions enacted by his Democratic predecessor Joe Biden, which had allowed Chevron Corp - active in the Latin American country for a century - to produce and sell oil in Venezuela despite sanctions.

The news comes one day after Venezuela agreed to resume accepting US deportations of illegal immigrants, and is sure to escalate tensions with the Maduro government as Trump seeks to crack down on the Venezuelan gang, Tren de Aragua.

The largest buyers of Venezuelan oil include US refiners, which rely on the Latin American nation's heavy grade of crude. Said US refiners include Valero Energy Corp, Phillips 66, PBF Energy and Chevron’s Pascagoula facility in Mississippi.

Venezuela had the world’s largest proven crude oil reserves in 2023 with approximately 303 billion barrels, accounting for approximately 17% of global reserves, according to US government data. Despite the sizable reserves, Venezuela produced about 875,000 barrels a day in 2024, according to OPEC data, or about 0.9% of total global oil production in 2024. -Bloomberg

That said, Trump didn't detail any plans to slap tariffs on sales to the US, which means crude imports from the country could continue as-is.

Trump Admin Asks Supreme Court To Step In, Halt Reinstatement Of Probationary Employees

by Tyler Durden Monday, Mar 24, 2025 - 02:10 PM

The Trump administration has asked the Supreme Court to step in and block a lower court order reinstating thousands of fired probationary employees across the federal government.

In a Monday morning emergency request, Acting Solicitor General Sarah Harris asked the Supreme Court to enter an administrative stay to determine the fate of approximately 16,000 fired federal probationary workers across six agencies and departments.

"That would leave matters as they currently lie, with the probationary employees the district court required to be reinstated remaining reinstated in at least a paid administrative leave status," she said in the filing, adding that labor unions and nonprofits that have challenged the firings have "hijacked the employment relationship between the federal government and its workforce."

"But it would relieve agencies of the obligation of continuing efforts to onboard employees to full duty status; and it would relieve applicants of any obligation to provide work assignments to the onboarded employees or to file additional reports documenting those measures in district court."

"This Court should not allow a single district court to erase Congress's handiwork and seize control over reviewing federal personnel decisions –much less do so by vastly exceeding the limits on the scope of its equitable authority and ordering reinstatements en masse," Harris wrote.

As of this writing, Polymarket participants see roughly 50/50 chance the Supremes step in.

I bet Trump and Team set up the whole operation to get the judges and courts to come after them, they were waiting for it, they knew it would come, so how do you neuter them after they are in the trap?

It's Official: Americans Were The Most Miserable They've Ever Been Under The Biden Regime

by Tyler Durden Monday, Mar 24, 2025 - 01:50 PM Authored by Steve Watson via Modernity.news,

Americans were the most unhappy they have ever been between the years of 2022-2024, and the country as a whole was ranked a lowly 24th in the world for happiness levels based on quality of life.

That’s according to the 2025 “World Happiness Report,” by the University of Oxford in partnership with Gallup and the United Nations.

More than 100,000 people in 140 countries and territories participate in the survey, according to its website.

The findingmarks the lowest ever ranking for the US, with issues including rampant illegal immigration, high crime rates, out of control inflation and an expansive cost-of-living crisis defining Biden’s time in office.

The study found that people in Finland are the happiest in the world, with Denmark, Iceland and Sweden behind them.

The unhappiest people on the planet are in Afghanistan, unsurprisingly.

People in the UK were also the most unhappy they’ve ever been, according to the survey, but were still 1 more happy than Americans, ranking in 23rd place.

The report cited an increase in anti-social behaviour, including eating alone, as a cause of unhappiness in the US.

The number of people dining alone in the United States has increased 53% over the past two decades the survey found.

The survey also found that theUS was also among just a handful of rich countries where ‘deaths of despair’, those attributed to suicide, alcohol or drugs, are on the rise.

Jan-Emmanuel De Neve, director of Oxford’s Wellbeing Research Centre, and an editor of the World Happiness Report, said: “This year’s report pushes us to look beyond traditional determinants like health and wealth.

“In this era of social isolation and political polarisation we need to find ways to bring people around the table again —doing so is critical for our individual and collective wellbeing,” De Neve urged.
