They're mocking Christianity. Golden Egg = symbolism for the baals (golden calf). Then the guy is dipped in gravy and turned into fried chicken, mocking baptism.
Cuz it's a KFC commercial? Why would they use a calf? Golden Calf is baal worship / human sacrifice. Then the guy is dipped into the gravy and turned into fried chicken. The whole commercial looks ritualistic.
