It's always the same spinning orb type craft. No drone has this kind of battery capacity. It's not a satellite, its too stationary, but does feature anti sniper movement.
Granted my hand is a little shaky, put a good camera on a tripod and take some pictures..get a telescope. It's gonna be worth it
