Anon, lawfag-in-the-making here. The federal statute that governs the oath of office is 5 U.S.C. sec. 3331:

Anons, I haven't had time to look into the Google results on "Violation of 5 U.S.C. sec. 3331" but you can start digging here:

You know that oath that Q just re-stated for us in the last breach, Anons?

Oooh, I just learned that one of President Trump's earliest Executive Orders referenced the very statute in the United States Code that governs the oath, Anons (i.e., 5 U.S.C. sec. 3331).

Specifically, the title of President Trump's applicable Executive Order is:

Executive Order: Enhancing Public Safety in the Interior of the United States

The text of the Executive Order is too lengthy to fit here, entirely, but the relevant portion of it says the following:

'''Sec. 2. Policy. It is the policy of the executive branch to:

(a) Ensure the faithful execution of the immigration laws of the United States, including the INA, against all removable aliens, consistent with Article II, Section 3 of the United States Constitution and section 3331 of title 5, United States Code; . . . . '''

NOTE - In two sets of photos, I will attach the 8 screenshots necessary to depict this Executive Order in its entirety.
