My take on the current judicial kerfuffle.

Part of the reason there have been so many legal actions and injunctions made against the Trump admin is that Trump has been engaging in an unprecedented level of change of the the executive branch. So getting all excited by the fact that there are more injunctions against him than any other president is a bit of a "well duh!" to me. Did you really think the DS was just going to roll over? The fact that they are showing themselves so clearly is proof that he is on the right track.

I do not think it would be a good idea to do mass removal/impeachments of judges. Yes they are overstepping their authority. I agree it is frustrating as hell. But the long term precedent is more troubling in my book. If the current congress takes steps to purge all DS judges what is to stop the uniparty from doing the same thing when they get back into power? And don't think they wont at some point, whether fairly or by cheating they will be back. Remember that much of the activity of the last four years was predicated on the belief that they would be able to prevent Trump from winning, "They never thought she would lose." Now that the idea of mass purges has been floated they may well try it anyway but it will be much more difficult for them if there is no precedent. Instead congress must focus on clearing out bad actors in a targeted manner, after due investigation, and for good cause. Everything that has been coming out about Boasberg hasn't been because the MSM is out for his blood.
