This will occur again, and it's not too far off. I give it a decade or two. Trump is a welcome relief, but won't alter the course of history overall. The dark times come for a reason-to call us back to God. How dark it becomes depends on our response.

I believe what other anon is referring to is to those who never even hear of Jesus. Or those who make no attempt to learn and find out about salvation and its only source, and, upon finding it, chose it.
St. Paul does mention in numerous places, that not all will be saved, that salvation is for those who are chosen, predestined, and/or counted among the saints.
