I don’t get what the signals case is about.

Reporter somehow gets into secure app government group

Reporter spies in on Vice pres and secretary of defense

Reporter sees stuff he shouldn’t

Reporter is at least smart enough to wait till the military operation is over

Reporter blabs to the world and to our enemies what he overheard.

But they don’t seem to be charging the reporter with sharing state secrets?
