First of all, a judge cannot sue on behalf of others, nor can they be a party of without claiming damages because they would have no standing, and thirdly, they cannot give US Citizen civil right privileges to foreign entities especially foreign enemy combatants. We shouldn't be addressing his narrative but have the DOJ press charges for those reasons and end this. We have more important things to think about.
