I've pretty much given up on Organized Religion.
Not saying I'll never go back to a church but at this point in my life, I still have a bad taste.
Every church that I have ever gone to, of various denominations, I have found that the church is run by 5 families. I call them the Mafia Families. They are usually the 5 wealthiest families. They want to run the show and they want everyone else to do all of the volunteer work to make it happen.
And every preacher seems to know which side his bread is buttered on. If he stands up to them, he gets railroaded out.
And imo, MEGA churches have been totally infiltrated.
And whoever came up with Praise Teams needs to be whipped. Bunch of Music Snobs who have robbed people of the Joy of congregational singing and turned the Worship Service into a Performance.
