If you have been listeing to Glenn Beck this morning as he has gone through and desrcibed when, who, how and through what government and non government entitites that have been used to create this spy app called Signal, then you understand why this app was reccomended by the ic to be put on government communication devices from smartphones to computers. At the root of this app's creation and implementation is none other than the c_a. It is blatantly obvious as to WHY the ic reccomends using this app for secure comms for top tier officials. Because it is not secure from [Them]. To state that this abc is out of control is the understatement of the millennia.
All current intelligence operations being conducted by this abc should be immediately transfered to Military Intelligence and the shuttered and closed down. The Military should put every abc employee on notice that any attempt to subvert, sabotage, thwart or undermine the United States Military in this transfer will be dealt with as an "Enemy Combatant" and subject to the UCMJ and dealt with accordingly. The ic, is the "Enemy Within".
