pardon me for asking the obvious question, but why does Trump just try to deport the Venezuelan gang members without using Alien Enemies Act. The reason the judge is blocking him is because they are saying he cant use the Alien Enemies Act if we are not actively at war with Venezuela. So…. try deporting the gang members a different way
