The main way judges make money is through having local lodges like the Knights of Columbus and others that are dedicated to their names or foundations, at least at a local level. Try to find out if any of these institutions or foundations receive money from these NGO's either directly or indirectly after a hop or two. Guaranteed it is there, because why would they risk their entire career over an illegal decision? They wouldn't, unless one value, the donations, are much greater than the actual pay itself. Logical thinking.
