Wonder when he is going to run tests on all BIG FOOD processed foods…. and then require they remove all non-food (not natural) related chemicals/substances/other items?

The “Uniform Commercial Code 13 (NCI3d) — restaurant — sale of food — merchant —implied warranty of merchantability” Goodman v. Wenco Foods, Inc., 333 N.C. 1, (N.C. 1992)

Goodman v. Wenco Foods, Inc., 333 N.C. 1, 2 (N.C. 1992) (“(NCI3d) — natural substance in food — cause of injury — implied warranty of merchantability When a substance in food causes injury to the consumer of the food, it is not a bar to recovery against the seller on the basis of implied warranty of merchantability that the substance was "natural" to the food provided the substance is of such a size, quality or quantity, or the food has been so processed, or both, that the presence of the substanceshould not reasonably have been anticipated by the consumer.”) **

**This may be where class action suits become a game changer, at some point. Chemicals/impurities/substances and/or other items are NOT considered "natural to the food item".

Back 20-30 years ago, there was a movie (cant recall the name) about a journalist that went into a prison to do a story about life behind bars.

The journalist, when attempting to leave, was held and told that as a prisoner he could not leave. He vehemently protested that he was not a prisoner, but a journalist on assignment.

One event led to another, and they took him all the way to electrocution (final meal, strapping down, etc.) without following through with it (at the end).

Maybe these Senate Dems could experience life behind bars?
