1296 days ago, Thursday September 9th of 2021, Greyson Bass was kidnapped by serial sexual predator state judge Kelly Hansen of Murrieta California. Monday September 13th of 2021 I walked into the FBI San Diego field office with a folder full of evidence of child sex trafficking by Murrieta and Riverside County California. October 7th of 2021 I called 911 to report the violent sexual assault of Greyson Bass by Kelly Hansen that left physical injuries. I haven't seen or heard from my son since December 10th of 2021. Murrieta California is a Sinoloa cartel built city used for trafficking stolen American children, guns, drugs, and money laundering. Kelly Hansen is a Sinoloa state judge using his position to steal, rape, and sell American children for the Sinoloa Cartel. Riverside County California is operated by the Sinoloa Cartel, with Sinoloa sheriff Chad Bianco using taxpayer dollars to purchase weapons that he sold to the Sinoloa Cartel. The FBI terminated all of my resources, assaulted me three times, and falsified my background to prevent me from working as retaliation for reporting this. Murrieta California is where Sinoloa senator Kelly Sayarto got his start. He started on city council, then became mayor, and now is a senator. This is how the cartels have infiltrated the United States of America. One small town, one city council member, one mayor, one sheriff at a time. We now have Sinoloa congressman Al Green, Sinoloa congresswoman Jasmine Crockett, and many others. Thanks to baby raping Bill Clinton and Killary Clinton the cartels are deeply imbedded in our government and intelligence agencies. The Clintons were working with the cartels in Arkansas, with sheriff Ralph Baker, who they murdered as he was under federal investigation in the 90's for drug smuggling with the cartels. The Clintons passed the safe family adoption act of 1997 which founded the Clinton Child Murdering and Sales Machine of America, that has been proudly slaughtering stolen American children for three decades. These facts are why I haven't seen or heard from my son since 2021. Thanks to the demoncratic party, the United States of Baby Rape has conducted the greatest extermination of children in the history of humanity. I want my son back if he hasn't been murdered or sold by the United States government, the world's largest Child Sex Slavery Industrial Complex to ever exist.

My grandson, Greyson Bass, was kidnapped September 9th of 2021 by state judge Kelly Hansen who also sexually assaulted my grandson. My son went to the FBI September 13th of 2021 to report child sex trafficking that he had a folder full of evidence proving. My son and myself have not seen or heard from Greyson Bass since December 10th of 2021. I'm 75 years old, and my son takes care of me, but the FBI has sabatoged my son's background to keep him from working as retaliation for reporting child sex trafficking by corrupt government officials. I have never in my 75 years seen or imagined such vile and evil people in the United States of America. I can't get my medication, I can't buy toilet paper, I can't even get dog food because the FBI retaliates against my family because my grandson was child sex trafficked by state judge Kelly Hansen of Murrieta California. 1259 days of this I deal with at 75 years old, crying and wondering if I'm going to be able to pay electric, or wash my laundry, or keep a roof over my head because the United States government sells stolen American children. Someone please help my family. At 75 years old, it's a wonder all the terrorism they have done to my family hasn't caused me to have a heart attack or stroke. I don't even if my grandson is alive. Please help Mr President.

Bianco becomes the highest profile Republican to join the governor’s race.

The Riverside sheriff supported Proposition 36 and opposed requiring sheriff’s employees to receive COVID-19 vaccines.

The law-and-order conservative said his deputies will not engage in “any type of immigration enforcement.”

Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco, an avid supporter of President Trump and fierce critic of Gov. Gavin Newsom, will run for governor in 2026.

Bianco, a law-and-order conservative, becomes the highest profile Republican to join a race already crowded with Democrats. All hope to succeed Newsom, who is serving his second term and is barred from running again.

The race remains wide open, and speculation continues to swirl over whether former Vice President Kamala Harris will jump into the contest. Harris, who lost to Trump in the November presidential election, lives in Brentwood and has had a successful career in California politics, serving as San Francisco district attorney, California attorney general and representing the state in the U.S. Senate.

Bianco plans to announce his official candidacy on Monday, President’s Day, in Riverside. His decision to jump into the race was first reported by Politico and confirmed by The Times.

Bianco was elected sheriff in 2018 after a long career at the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office and reelected in 2022. He has been considering a run for governor since June.

Chad Bianco (born October 8, 1967) is an American law enforcement officer, who has served as sheriff of Riverside County, California since 2019. A member of the Republican Party, Bianco has been affiliated with the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association.[1][2][3][4] He is a candidate for governor of California in the 2026 election.[5]

Career

Bianco was first elected Riverside County sheriff in 2018.[6] He was re-elected in 2022 with about 60% of votes for a term set to last until 2028 due to a state law changing sheriff election years to match presidential ones.[7][8] Bianco has been hosted on Fox News, as well as by Conservative pastors on YouTube channels and podcasts.[7] As of 2023, Bianco's department had over 3,600 employees and was managing five jails.[9]

In 2020, during the COVID-19 Pandemic, Bianco stated that he would not enforce Coronavirus mandates and did not plan to get vaccinated.[10][11] He tested positively for the virus in January 2021 with mild symptoms, after which he started quarantining at his home.[11]

In 2022, Riverside County jails registered 18 inmate deaths, the biggest number in 15 years. The spike prompted multiple civil lawsuits against the county's prison facilities and Bianco himself.[12][13][14] In 2023, Bianco's department was placed under investigation by the California Department of Justice to determine if the organization had "engaged in a pattern or practice of unconstitutional policing amid deeply concerning allegations relating to conditions of confinement in its jail facilities, excessive force, and other misconduct."[15][16] In relation to those incidents, Bianco stated that "every single one of these inmate deaths was out of anyone’s control".[12]

2026 gubernatorial campaign

Bianco announced his run for Governor of California in the 2026 California gubernatorial election on February 17, 2025, becoming the first major Republican to enter the race.[5][17][18]

On February 21, Bianco attended a press conference in San Diego with Republican leaders to promote State Senate Republican Minority Leader Brian Jones' proposed bill SB554 to weaken the California Senate Bill 54 of 2017 that limits law enforcement's ability to cooperate with ICE.[19][20]

Awards

Bianco was awarded the 2023 Sheriff Award by the conservative think tank the Claremont Institute.[8]

Personal life

Bianco moved from Utah to California in 1989, and in 1993 attended the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Academy. He graduated at the top of his class, and joined the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department shortly after graduation. Bianco and his family attend Sandals Church in Riverside.

Following a hacking incident in September 2021 against a database belonging to the Oath Keepers, Bianco, along with over 200 law-enforcement officers, was exposed as a former member of the organization.[1][6][21] He later stated that he had paid for a $40 one-year membership in the organization in 2014 and did not renew it for the next year. Bianco has since disavowed the group's violent conduct.[22][1][2]
