That's cuz [they] let out the worst of the worst on purpose. If all the bad ones are locked up it's fine. I rarely have a bad experience with black people honestly. Look at the blacks in Saudi Arabia for example; they're actually civilized because the bad immigrants in general get thrown the hyyyyellll out.
If all the bad blacks are let out on purpose, it would affect their crime statistics because they can get doing bad shit. So it's actually in the best interest for blacks to weed out their own for bad behavior because it would improve the stats. If white people (or any other race) are actually locked up for bad behavior, it would lower their crime stats overall actually.
