When the Founders crafted the Consitution they only created the Supreme Court and delegated the creation of all lower courts to Congress.
Article III Section 1:
The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.
A Federal "DISTRICT COURT" is not a "NATIONAL COURT" aand does not have national power. There are over 700 districts and when a Federal District Court judge issues a TRO or some other ruling his orders are unlawful and unenforcable OUTSIDE of that Federal District Court's jurisdiction. The idea that a lone, Federal District Court judge can issue a ruling that pretains to anything outside of his jurisdiction is an abuse of his judicial power and oversight.
This judge faggot Boesberg and many other liberal activist judges should be taken down by the Military and removed from the court and prosecuted. They have willfully and purposely rendered their courts unfit and disfunctional for the people it serves.

Just wondering, on what "LAW" did any of these prog/activist judges base any of their rulings on? Their job is to interpret the law as it was intended by the only governmental body Constitutionally authorized to make law. Congress on the federal level and the State Legislatures on the state level. If I was POTUS, I'd tell this judge to GO FUCK HIMSELF.
