That is outdated as an Internet forum accusation. I mean, terrible 2002 and desktop only.

As most people use mobiles now, they change ips frequently. If they are on roam it could change every few feet. iIPs are location based. Not device based.

Which is so bizarre that the shills still rely on it as an accusation. Nobody is tied to a desktop anymore.
