The list of Tariffs is neither in alphabetical nor numerical order. Why is that? Coded?
If you add the first 2 Tariffs Charged #s and subtract first Discounted tariffs and so on you get:
63, 54, 51, 66, 55, 48, 30, 37, 33, 0, 29, 44.
0 being Philippines and Chile
44 Sri Lanka and Colombia (Obama?)
33 Singapore and Israel. Just geeking I guess
