I am trying to identify this area on google Earth, other maps, etc. Does anyone know where this is, landmark or GPS? name of the apparent lone mountain? thank you

the images of google earth are probably fake/doctored, significant omissions. perhaps coastlines or mountain peaks could be matched but interior is 'painted over'
