Training video?
People standing around looking awkward like they're killing time. Then they hear a plane passing over and the camera man (yes they record their awkward training) swoops the camera round to capture the plane immediately in a glorious cinematic corridor of buildings, just as it reams into the tower.
They always need a movie.
