Anyone losing money in the stock market fundamentally had bet against America, and deserves to lose their money. Something both the left and the right have been consistently wrong about it that the stock market as a good thing.
Remember SHAREHOLDER PRIMACY, where Henry Ford wanted good wages (174k per year for unskilled labor adjusted for inflation) and a five day work week (instead of 6 days and 12 hr shifts) but the shitass Dodge Brothers sued him. Court ruled that Ford must put shareholders first and could not use profits to improve lives of workers. Shareholder primacy ruined American businesses for the last 100 years.
The stock market is fundamentally evil, and goes against everything good. Remember their "golden calf" statue? Yeah, there's a reason for that.
If you want a retirement fund, buy investment properties, pay off your mortgage, save gold and silver, keep cattle or goats, ensure your kids could support you in old age. It's time for some VERY SERIOUS housecleaning.
