He also stated that disinformation dominates in the US regarding the Ukraine conflict. “I was surprised that not only is American society being led to believe that it is Russia that is violating the ceasefire regarding energy infrastructure, but even several key people in the administration are unaware that it is actually Ukraine that is striking Russian energy infrastructure,” Dmitriev said.
