QUESTION FROM LAST BRED - Are all goods subject to tariffs also subject to inspection?
ANSWER - Apparently the answer is "yes."
For a quick search I went to Wiki. It looks like the Customs and Border Protection booklet (referenced in the article linked below) should have had the answer, so I dug there, only to learn that the Customs and Border Protection Booklet has not been available online, and has not been archived since March 4, 2010.
