U can get “bare root” strawberries n grow strawberries in a pot. They’re on sale rn. Usually $20-30 but now $6-8. Can get ever bearing and June bearing n eat them throughout the season. (There’s Aloine n day neutral too, but) June bearing give a crop all at once n the ever nearing do a continuous sprinkle into fall. U can overwinter them n then start again necs spring. They mail u the root n crown n within a day or two of planting they start producing leaves n then flowers within 3 weeks or so.. can grow in smol pots.
