I was wondering why my drive was grumbling. This was the reason:
Windows 7 and 8.1 run a lot of tasks that send data to Microsoft.
I feel that's why we don't get Q-Drops when POTUS is out of the country. They used the tweets for geolocation. Just one of the many reasons, I believe.
