the people were hardly in a position to take another layer of massive tax increase on businesses (which ultimately people pay) on top of the punitive and always-growing IRS bloodletting, to say nothing of increasing property taxes, recent inflation, and state franchise tax boards

he decided government should have yet another tap to drain the populace, instead of swiching one for the other

Funny you should say that, I actually formed an LLC to provide services in my area of long-term expertise. I spent the first 100 hours filling out paperwork and buying insurance to satisfy my potential employers' compliance requirements.

Then I realized that even without the IRS, I was going to be working for the insurance company alone for the next six months. Luckily I was able to cancel the insurance for a refund and pay another $40 to file an Article of Dissolution.

Won't be doing that again
