I am familiar with how easy a bad cop can just go get a new "Job" in the neighboring town or county. Bad cops who do not get corrected, become addicted to their Special Criminality and spread their virus to many other officers in the locker room. This downward cycle needs to be ended or it will end civilization itself.
At this time in America, ignorance of or even CONTEMPT for The Constitution and Bill of Rights is a virtual (unspoken) Prerequisite for landing a Job in a Cop Costume. Change my mind.
