We need more anon bakers.
Last week, saw a discussion about baking - - posters talking about BVs doing all the baking, complaining about what they saw as gatekeeping, playing favorites with handoffs, etc. Can claim it's not true, but a better solution is for anons to bake.
Why admins are hanging back, to give anons the chance. Why there are shills are baking, always the first to jump in.

There's a bakers' thread with tips. Meta is there if you want a live baking run thru. /qrn or /comms are available for practice bakes.
