Well I tried to understand your viewpoint but the circular reasoning is getting nowhere. It seems you think every arrest is unconstitutional and all searches and seizures are unreasonable and you can’t define the boundaries of your belief except ALL.
You don’t like they enforce the laws. And someone has to. Or we’ll just be Wild West shootouts with each other.
