This District Court Judge has issued an unlawful and unConstitutional order demanding the return of a known, terrorist gang member of MS-13. The administration is NOT going to bring this threat to public safety back into this country just because this distrct court judge says so.
The President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, has ordered the United States Military JAG to arrest this district court judge, remove him from the bench and hold him without bail until he is tried for Treason against the United States under the UCMJ. This judge is as much of a threat to public safety as this MS-13 terrorist gang member and this administration will not stand for this extra judical behavior any longer. From this day forward, any distrct court judge who thinks they have the authority under the United States Constituion to issue a nationwide order to thwart this administration from removing from US soil any terrorist gang member who is a clear and present threat to the public safety will be taken down and prosecuted in the same manner as this judge. Enough is enough.
