They don't care about your rights. They don't care about the Constitution. They don't care about Supreme Court Rulings. They do not protect and uphold our rights, and they will stand by while we're harassed and/or assaulted.
ID is like crack to them. Cop admits there's no crime, but detains, demands ID, and tells him to leave…. all for a constitutionally protected activity.
"No crime I just need ID".
They admit they don't know the law, but they go hands on and detain him anyway for a constitutionally protected activity.
In 1987, the Supreme Court said that the “freedom of individuals verbally to oppose or challenge police action without thereby risking arrest is one of the principal characteristics by which we distinguish a free nation from a police state"when the invalidated as unconstitutional an ordinance that read “It shall be unlawful for any person to assault, strike or in any manner oppose, molest, abuse or interrupt any policeman in the execution of his duty, or any person summoned to aid in making an arrest.”
The court reasoned that protected speech can not be criminalized, it can't be interference/obstruction. So why are people threatened with arrest or arrested all the time for it, such as this man informing someone one pulled over of their rights?
They are domestic enemies.
I use insulin, it's name brand and it's $35 a month. EVERY FUCKING MONTH they fill it as generic and try to charge me over $300. I remind them every month and they "fix it" but it always happens the next month. Wonder how many think that's just how much it costs.
It's happening all over. I've even seen a civil rights lawyer arrested at a meeting, they're out of control.
And that would be why I say they sell themselves when they join. They own your ass.
