This is exactly what I was talking about.
People just make stuff up, put it on the internet, and suddenly people think they can overcome the legal "straw man" system and find some secret bank account with 600k waiting for them. Bringing any of this up in an actual court of law will get you laughed out of there.
Here's how the legal system works:
The Constitution is the supreme law of the land, which protects our rights to life, liberty, property, etc. from being infringed upon by the Federal Government. Each state has its own Constitution which also applies to each citizen of that state. The rest of the laws are made by legislative bodies, and courts interpret those laws and apply them to peoples' lives.
If you need legal assistance in a civil dispute or a criminal indictment, licensed lawyers are there to help you.
Lawyers are not better or even smarter than anyone. They merely have knowledge in a specialized field, which required insane hours of reading and learning, passing several high-stakes tests, and paying lots of money to law schools and the bar association to receive their license. (I have many problems with the way it's set up.)
If you don't wish to use a lawyer to help with you legal matters, that is up to you. You have the right to proceed Pro Se, but it doesn't mean you will know what you're doing.
Like playing any game, there are rules to know, and lawyers understand the rules of pleadings, court procedure, and evidence.
The average person does not.
The below average person thinks they can outsmart the game with this halfchan gibberish.
