State trooper runs up on car and almost hits it, car brakes to get over out of his way, trooper stays on his ass, so car pulls off. THEN lights come on. Trooper insists the driver almost caused the accident, and tells him "I'm not a regular citizen, I'm a state trooper." Can you count how many times the jackass says "I'm a state trooper"? It's a lot!

Arizona tried setting a minimum distance of 8 feet, it was ruled unconstitutional because it's just that, unconstitutional. LE cowardice does not trump our rights, and we can walk up and record audio and video as long as we do not interfere, and "taking our attention" is not interference.

If they're that scared, go work in an office.

$760k for cops unlawfully entering her home with no warrant, claiming they're there as "community caretaker" but arrest her.

Can you guess who pays that $760k? It's not the cops who broke the law!

Ok let me ask youโ€ฆ can you be honest enough to admit the cop in this short (44 secs), violated the constitution and 18 USC 242 Deprivation of rights under color of law when he told the man legally recording police "Listen I don't care about this first amendment bullshit" and stopped him from recording?

Yep, all three branches have violated it.

One of the ones that really makes me laugh is making it illegal to protest outside a court or judges residence. Isn't that what protesting is for? They do answer to the people after all. Who gave them authority to override the constitution?
