Pet peeves I would like to get off my chest:

1) Neighbors that cut down trees - Old growth trees make a neighborhood look nice, they provide shade and greenery. Why cut them down if they are not encroaching on your house?

2) Over the Top House Lights - I get it…a well lit property is less prone to robbery. But, FUCK please, we live in mild mannered Florida suburbia. You do NOT need to light your house up like a gas station, much less with 10,000 lumen LEDs

3) Over the Top Pest Control - HOLY SHIT MUTHA FCKER are you spraying for Empire of the Ants? (pic rel). By the same token, there is a nearby McMansion development that sprays the common area near the public sidewalk, OUTSIDE of the wall for the gated community… WTF? Why? it's insane! I hate mosquitos and other sht too, but damn, let the birds and bats live….they are literally spraying 30ft away from the nearest property line.

This wasn't even that…impetus for my comment was whatever "pest control" company coming and spraying ad nauseum to the point where my eyes were tearing from them while i'm behind my closed double pane window, watching them spray every crevice of lawn and shrub. there has to be a solid 35-40ft between our houses
