The criminality, sedition and Treason is "off the charts".
What you are asking goes back many years when people first started to ask to see the 'wet ink' titles/deeds to their homes and land. Banks just said that they 'don't do that any more'.
The notes on real property might be duplicated five, ten, fifty? times and shared by innumerable banks. The fraud, ongoing at this very moment, is massive.
Just curious,
are there any other anons here who remember this particular case from about ten years ago???
There MAY be only one legitimate record at the county office. The issue is that banking and mortgage outfits move the note so fast, that they are enjoying the "possession" at multiple locations simultaneousโฆ and "ooops, we forgot to remove it from our books when we sold it to our buddies up the street".
