We have it all because every connected means to surveil people is always watching, listening and recording. However that can’t be entered as evidence. There are legal rules for evidence and ‘spying’ on everybody all the time didn’t reach the threshold.
While Q pointed us where to start looking, we were able to help find some open source ( already in the public domain) evidence. Once you have a legal foot in the door you can start a legitimate investigation.
