Every now and then, but if I'm going to add meat to a grilled cheese I prefer sandwich pepperoni. 90% of the time it's just bread and cheese. The bacon grease recommendation sounds interesting though. Might have to give that one a go.

I still find cotton more comfortable for clothing, but damn, never once thought about using it for apolstery before. Hemp futons, hemp couches, hemp seats, hemp recliners, hemp cushions, hemp mattresses, etc.
I bought some hemp clothing, pants and shirt, in the 90s when the first little head shop opened up in the city where I live. Found it was scratchy, like wool. Could have just been how it was made, but it turned me off to hemp clothing. Mind you, even myself breathing on my skin gives me the heebie-jeebies.
I'm one of the lucky ones that get to break out in a welting rash if I wear wool, and the feel of it reminded me of wool, so I just lumped it into the same category decades back. Like I said, could have just been how whatever company that was 30 years ago made those. Quality and comfort of hemp fabric may have improved since then.
