I saw another anon mention this many breads back…something like a tandem thread.
From a baker's perspective, it's just as easy to create a separate thread for Notables as it is to actually harvest notables and keep the dough updated…in fact, it would probably be a lot easier.
Take the subjective nature of notables out of the baker's hands and let the anons hash it out amongst themselves.
