It is the highest Tyranny (masked by brainwashing), when Government takes away liberty and clearly defined Rights, by way of metal wrist cuffs behind the back and transport/holding containers until the Accused (under anticipatory Conviction) can prove their innocence.

Deprivation of Rights PRIOR to conviction is a violation of Rights. The entire apparatus is broken if roadside LEOs are extended extraordinary latitude for their own wild imagination… and the only followup is suit in Court to THEN recover the damage (payed AGAIN by the citizens).
