To fly safely you must always play out future scenerios and choose the best path to take, then reassess cosntantly all while flying, navigating and making radio calls, and always pre-loading your reactions to emergencies in the aircraft like fires or engine failure.
But the most important thing? That mans skin color is black so you must hire him regardless of skill.
