Repeatedly invoke the content through a deceptive 'negation' pattern, while ostensibly trying to fight to stop it in speech.
There are at least two ways to introduce racism. There is the obvious way of positing an overtly racist statement or act, OR, the other way, that goes over a lot of trusting naive people's heads, it can ALSO be introduced by "negating" it, thereby introducing the narrative in another person's mind where there was no racist thoughts in the first place, but they are tricked into thinking in terms of racist logic as the new standard to which the discussion must thereafter follow.
The Democrat Party relies on the latter deceptive method to keep racism on life support. Every day they speak in terms of "negating racism", but if you squint and if you see what they are actually doing, it is a fact that they are introducing racist logical categories where none exist in the minds of those they are directing their "negation" speech.
By repeatedly pretending to be trying to stop racism, they can simultaneously appear to trusting people as if they are fighting to stop racism, but underneath the hood, the intent all along, the KNOWING intent all along, was to inject the logic of racism into people's heads to keep them thinking in terms of racist categories in the first place.
It's a form of 5GW psychological warfare. The source code of it is from the Young Hegelians who believed ALL knowledge arises through a process of the mind "negating" whatever they 'perceive' to be, all the time.
Therefore, we see endless prattling of anti-racism, anti-this, anti-that, anti anti anti, negate negate negate, they sound like they're trying to stop what it is they are talking about, but logically, they are themselves repeatedly INTRODUCING the very topic they claim to be wanting to stop, by repeatedly invoking the topic through 'negating' it.
Imagine a group of people who have no racist thoughts in their heads, because they are solely focused on making a codebase perform more efficiently and at greater scales, as an example.
Now imagine a loud mouth obnoxious person with righteous indignation waltzing into the office and repeatedly over and over "speaking against racism", repeatedly speaking on all the ways they are trying to stop racism in all its 'hidden' forms, and negate negate negate all day every day. How they are experts in stopping 'systemic' racism in the workplace.
What will be the result? The result is that if the coders in the office TRUST the person as guided by a logic that can actually succeed in stopping racism, they will become INFECTED with the same mind virus, and from then on will themselves 'think' inclusive of racist categories that got injected into their minds through a ALLEGED true 'negation' of racism.
And that's how the whole DEI logic operates. It INTRODUCES the very racist logic it ostensibly claims to be fighting to stop, it does so by pre-slandering its external to always contain racism, to juxtapose its own "negation" as an alleged "corrective response", when all along it was ITSELF introducing and ADDING more racist narrative where there was none before.
Knowing this, knowing the above, it becomes clear that the only HONEST way to in fact stop racism, is not, contrary to Karl Marx, of "transcending self-estrangement can only be done through the path of self-estrangement", it is in fact to STOP ALL THOUGHTS AND ALL SPEECH ABOUT RACISM FROM ALL ANGLES AS SUCH, and to instead fill one's mind and heart with an orthogonal pattern, of merit, performance, learning, compassion, that treats every human being as an individual human being and not merely a member of a sub-division based on melanin in the skin.
One you do that, then you will notice very clearly that the game the Democrat Party is playing is NOT to actually stop racism once and for all, but to instead MAKE IT PERMANENT by a deceptive game of perpetual "negations" of what doesn't exist outside the mind doing the repeated negations.
This is how you an crack the mind virus code. You direct the sufferers to noticing that the thing they are trying to stop, is being introduced by their own minds.
