Anon suspects it's the W that is important.
Anon loves the long summer nights in Europe, but a permanent shift to daylight saving would be shit. It wouldn't get light until 9 am and would still be dark at 6pm.
>You’d still have the number of hours of light.
Well durr.
Does that invalidate what anon said?
It's still light at 10pm in Europe (with DST) in Summer, but it doesn't get light until 8am and it's dark by 5pm in winter with no DST.
Suckers of famefag cock go the same way as famefags.
The number of families taking advantage of the longer daylight hours in summer and enjoying the evenings outdoors compared to winter is huge.
That sounds like a good thing to anon.
If the body clock doesn't change, how did anon adjust to moving hemispheres?
>You answered your own question.
How so?
Time shifted 12 hours or so, so according to my body clock, night was day and day was night.
>Daylight saving time (DST) was originally implemented to conserve energy by reducing the need for artificial lighting during evenings, particularly during wartime when fuel was scarce. It also aimed to utilize more daylight hours for leisure and economic activities.
Anon is fully aware of the history of DST.
FWIW, DST was abolished 5 years ago where anon lives and it is neither here nor there to anon.
